WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Platinum Plus Designs accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Additionally, you can pay via money order, wire transfer or certified check
but please contact us for details.
We do not accept personal checks.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
Engagement rings which only need sizing will typically ship within three days. Bands and mountings typically ship within 3-4 weeks, and often earlier. If you have a specific deadline, please note htis in the comment section of the order form.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free shipping via US Postal Express Mail, or UPS Overnight.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All items shipped have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. If you receive an item and don't like it for any reason, call or email for return shipping instructions. There is no fee or penalty for returning any item. Item must be returned in same condition as received. If any sizing, setting, or alterations are done on the item by anyone other than Platinum Plus Designs, the item can not be returned.

HOW SECURE IS THE ORDER PROCESS?
Credit card information is given over an encrypted, secure link directly to the card service processor. Card numbers are never stored on the website and we never receive your actual credit card data - only a notification from your bank that the transaction has been approved.

I HAVE A DIAMOND - DO YOU SELL MOUNTINGS?
Absolutely! We have a wonderful selection of both antique and new settings, some with a wide selection of center stones already set. These mountings are available without the center stones - please contact us for additional details.
DO YOU SELL LOOSE DIAMONDS?
We have a range of both antique and modern cut loose diamonds for sale. An appointment is necessary for viewing loose diamonds. Please contact us by phone or email for more details regarding loose stones, or to schedule an appointment.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CERTIFIED?
We provide gemological laboratory certificates (GIA) for diamond rings with center diamonds that are 0.50CT and above. Diamonds under 0.50CT can be graded and appraised by one of our certified on-site gemologists. This service usually requires one week to complete, and the ring must be present through the duration of the appraisal. Please call 212.575.4610 to setup an appointment, if you require this service.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS CONFLICT FREE?
Many of our diamonds are old cut stones. Since they were mined, cut, and originally sold in the the 1940s or earlier, you can be assured that your purchase is not funding any current conflict. The Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds we carry in the store are from sources that state that they are trade conflict-free.
